• Connecting you with the selected provider to initiate service installation.
• Providing customer support during the sign-up and transfer process.

We do NOT:

• Provide internet, TV, or phone service directly.
• Handle billing, account management, or technical support for services once activated.
• Guarantee pricing or availability — all plans are subject to the provider's final terms, credit check, and serviceability at your specific address.

3. No Guarantee of Pricing or Availability

All pricing, plan details, promotional offers, and availability displayed on this Site are provided by our Provider Partners and are subject to change without notice. XC Services Inc. does not guarantee:

• That a specific plan or price will be available at your address.
• That you will qualify for a specific promotion (qualification is determined solely by the provider).
• That the price quoted on this Site will be the final price on your first bill (taxes, fees, equipment charges, and other provider-imposed costs may vary).

Your final service agreement is between you and the provider (e.g., AT&T, Spectrum, Xfinity), not XC Services Inc. We encourage you to review the provider's terms and conditions before agreeing to service.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

XC Services Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these trademark holders. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

XC Services Inc. does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party websites. Once your information is shared with a provider and service is initiated, the provider's terms of service and privacy policy govern your relationship with that provider. XC Services Inc. is not a party to any agreement between you and the provider.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XC Services Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Any dispute between you and a Provider Partner regarding services, billing, or installation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise required by law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to this Site, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
