XC Services INC ("XC Services," "we," "us," or "our") operates xcservicesinc.com and the pages /compare-plans, /att, /spectrum, and /xfinity (the "Site"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use the Site to compare internet plans.

We are an independent authorized retailer. We are not AT&T, Spectrum, Xfinity, or Comcast. Phone numbers on this Site reach XC employees, not provider customer service.

1. Provider partners on this Site

The only provider brands we currently compare on this Site are:

These companies are "Provider Partners." We do not offer DirecTV, Verizon, Optimum, HughesNet, or Viasat on this Site.

2. Information we collect

You may give us: name, service address, ZIP, email, phone number, and which network you want (AT&T, Spectrum, or Xfinity).

We may collect automatically: IP address, browser, pages visited (including which provider page), referrer (for example a Google Ad), device type, and similar cookie or pixel data, including Google Ads tag AW-18000585460.

3. How we use information

To check whether a Provider Partner can serve your address.
To connect you with the XC desk that handles that provider, or with the provider so they can quote and start service.
To call or text you from the XC desk you reached (AT&T/Spectrum at (888) 273-0931, or Xfinity at (888) 915-7137).
To measure advertising and improve the Site.
To meet legal obligations.

4. How we share information

XC Services is not an employee or corporate affiliate of AT&T, Spectrum, or Xfinity. We may share your information:

With the Provider Partner you asked about so they can verify address, quote, and install. Their privacy policy then applies to what they hold.
With service vendors such as hosting, analytics, or ads measurement. They may use data only to provide that service.
If the law requires it, or if XC Services is sold or merged.

We do not sell your personal information for unrelated third-party marketing.

5. Cookies and ads

We use cookies and similar tools to remember form progress, measure traffic, and see which ads led to the Site. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS. No internet transmission is fully secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may ask what we hold, ask us to delete it (subject to legal exceptions), or opt out of marketing. We will not treat you worse for using those rights. Contact us using Section 9. We will verify your identity first.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Using the Site after an update means you accept the new policy.
